  The Belle Tire system is good in general. This franchise is no exception. Good service. Friendly staff. And they got me (as a walk-in) back on the road quickly.
  My only beef would be that there is no comfortable waiting area that is not bombarded with a yammering TV. Where is a guy going to read in undistracted comfort? The "office" area (high counter, stools, and places to plug in your electronics) has the most uncomfortable stools in recent memory. I'm just glad they got my tire fixed as quickly as they did.
  
  (I reserve 5 stars for once-in-a-lifetime items. 4 stars is a rave review from me.)

  I started to change my review when the customer service assurance rep came to my shop and picked up a vehicle, then I found out he quit.
  This explains volumes.
  We have a fleet of trucks, yet I was greeted with what's your phone#, instead of; hi there my name is, or how are you doing today, nothing....
  After repeating myself twice, I gave the attendant my business card, and he still asked me for my information.
  1hr 15 min exactly for an Oil change and Air Filter on a F150
  If they were busy maybe I could understand that, yet look at the pictures, damn near empty bays.
  I Don't see the we appreciate your business here. In fact after 2nd thought 1 star.
  The truth is a brutal reality, and I won't jeapordize my integrity by not being truthful.
